Terrence D. McCabe

Terrence D. McCabe is an attorney with Ryan & Ryan Law, LLC.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Special Assistant Attorney General with the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority and as an in-house attorney for the Village of Rosemont, Illinois.

Terry is primarily engaged as one of the firm’s municipal real estate attorneys dealing in matters of general municipal and local government law, land use and planning, land acquisition and the adoption and establishment of tax increment financing districts pursuant to the Illinois Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act. Terry focuses his practice on assisting private, corporate and municipal clients in the analysis, negotiation, drafting and implementation of redevelopment and financing agreements involving complex development agreements, lease agreements and real estate transactions and tax increment financing agreements.
